No stranger to land use projects for development, William Tieng is Chair and CEO of Goldcoast Development Corporation which, since the early 1990's, has already done the initial physical planning for the reclamation within Manila Bay now known as the Manila Goldcoast Reclamation Project or MGRP. The idea is to provide a "complete package" of business, living and recreational centers connected to the rest of Asia and the world via another ambitious ARRC mission, the proposed International Airport-Seaport Project.
